AtPark Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

What Information We Collect

We only collect what’s needed to help you plan events with your contacts:

• Account information, such as your name, phone number, email if you provide it, and password
• Your children’s first names and ages, so contacts know who is invited
• Event information, such as date, time, location, and notes you add
• Photos you choose to share with a specific contact group
• Device information, only if needed to send notifications you choose to receive
• Your phone number for account security and phone-based sign-in

If you request login or account verification, AtPark may send a one-time SMS code. These messages are transactional only, used for authentication and account security, and are never used for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies by login request. Msg & data rates may apply.

What We Do NOT Collect

We believe in collecting less, not more. Here’s what we never collect:

  • – No location tracking in the background.
  • – No access to your camera roll, or other apps.
  • – No selling or renting your data to anyone.

How We Use Your Information

Everything we collect has one purpose: making it easier for you to plan events.

  • Show AtPark invites to the friends you choose
  • Send optional notifications about responses and updates
  • Display photos you share within your private AtPark groups
  • Keep the app running smoothly and fix any issues

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Usage Analytics

AtPark uses Google Analytics for Firebase on its website, Android app, and iOS app to understand how AtPark is used and improve its features. Analytics may collect pages and screens viewed within AtPark, feature interactions, invitation and registration outcomes, session duration, app and device information, app-instance or browser identifiers, and general location derived from masked IP addresses.

For signed-in users, activity may be associated with a pseudonymous account identifier so we can understand usage across sessions and devices. We do not send Google invitation tokens, internal event or contact IDs, names, phone numbers, email addresses, verification codes, precise coordinates, or message content.

We use this information only for product analytics and service improvement. We do not use it for advertising or ad personalization, and we do not sell it.

Analytics is enabled by default. You can stop future collection from Settings → Privacy → Usage Analytics. Turning analytics off does not automatically remove information previously collected. Event-level and user-level Analytics data is configured for retention for up to 14 months. Contact support@wayla.io to request deletion.

Google processes this information as our analytics provider. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps.

Subscriptions and Billing

AtPark may offer optional Premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or an approved web billing provider such as Stripe. These providers process payments and transaction information. AtPark does not receive or store your complete payment-card details or app-store payment credentials.

RevenueCat helps AtPark present subscription options and keep Premium access synchronized across platforms. AtPark provides RevenueCat with a pseudonymous billing identifier rather than your name, phone number, or email address. RevenueCat and the applicable billing provider may process subscription-related information such as the selected product and plan, price and currency, platform or store, trial eligibility and status, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund events, transaction or receipt information, subscription status and expiration, and limited diagnostic information needed to operate and support subscriptions.

We use this information only to present subscription options, process and verify purchases, restore and manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide support, and grant or remove Premium access. We do not use subscription or billing information for advertising.

Subscription providers may retain transaction records according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations. AtPark may retain limited billing and entitlement records when reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance. We delete or de-identify those records when they are no longer required.

Learn more in the privacy notices published by RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and Stripe.

Who Can See Your Information

Only the friends you personally connect. That’s it.

When you invite someone to an event, they can see the details you shared: date, time, location, and any photos or notes for that specific AtPark invite.

There are no public profiles, no user directories, and no way for strangers to find you or your family.

How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take security seriously:

  • Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text
  • All data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption
  • Our servers are protected by leading security practices
  • We regularly review and update our security measures

No system is 100% secure, but we do everything in our power to protect your information.

Your Choices and Control

Your data is yours. Here’s what you can do:
  • Edit your information anytime in your account settings
  • Delete photos you’ve shared in any event
  • Turn notifications on or off in your device settings
  • Delete your account from active use by going to Settings, selecting Account Settings, and choosing Delete Account. Some limited records may be retained only as described below.
If you delete your account, your active AtPark profile data is permanently removed within 30 days, subject to the limited billing, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and backup-retention exceptions described in this policy. Google Analytics user deletion may take up to 63 days. Deleting your AtPark account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. You must cancel it through the provider that billed you.

Third-Party Services

We use a few trusted services to keep Atpark running:
  • Cloud hosting to store your data securely
  • Notification and messaging services to send login verification codes and optional account or event updates
  • Error monitoring to fix bugs and crashes quickly
  • Google Analytics/Firebase: to improve the app.
  • Subscription and billing services, including RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe, to present subscription options, process payments, verify and restore purchases, manage subscriptions, and synchronize Premium access.

We review the services we use and limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary. These providers process information according to their applicable agreements, privacy notices, and legal obligations.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever need to update this policy, we’ll let you know through the app and by email. We’ll never make changes that weaken your privacy without giving you clear notice and choices.
