Last updated: October 7, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AtPark, a service provided by Waylaa Inc. (“Waylaa,” “AtPark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using AtPark, you agree to these Terms.1. Who Can Use AtPark
AtPark is intended for adults who organize activities, invitations, and related plans. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and access to your phone number and devices. You agree not to share verification codes, impersonate another person, or use a phone number that you are not authorized to use.3. Phone Number Verification and SMS
AtPark may use your phone number to authenticate your account and send one-time passcodes for sign-in or account verification. These messages are transactional only and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies by login request. Msg & data rates may apply. Event invitations and optional event updates are separate from login verification. Before requesting an SMS invitation, the host must obtain the guest’s explicit verbal permission for one AtPark invitation to the named event. Additional event updates require separate guest opt-in through the RSVP page and a JOIN text sent by the guest. Subscribing is optional and is not required to RSVP. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the event messaging number to stop event texts or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms.4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse AtPark. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, sending spam, scraping data, abusing invitation flows, or using the app in a way that harms other users or Waylaa.Invitations sent on your behalf
Before requesting an AtPark SMS invitation, you must obtain the guest’s explicit verbal agreement using the consent script in our SMS Terms. Read the script verbatim and receive an affirmative response before sending. Retain the date, time and circumstances of the agreement and provide supporting information if requested.
By clicking Invite, you confirm that the guest agreed to receive one automated AtPark invitation on your behalf for the named event. AtPark records your declaration automatically. The declaration timestamp records your confirmation, not when the guest verbally agreed.
Being a known contact, appearing in your contact list, or accepting these Terms does not establish the guest’s consent. Do not claim permission that was not given, use permission for one invitation to authorize recurring messages, or override a recipient’s opt-out. AtPark may request evidence and suspend misuse.
5. User Content
You may submit information such as account details, event details, photos, notes, and invitations. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, display, and process that content in order to operate AtPark.6. Privacy

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of AtPark from time to time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.8. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, abuse the service, or create legal or security issues. You may stop using AtPark at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us.9. Disclaimers
AtPark is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.AI Terms
Parker uses artificial intelligence to answer questions and suggest plans. AI responses may be incorrect or incomplete. Verify important details before relying on them. Parker suggestions do not confirm attendance, create an event, or send invitations automatically; review and confirm those actions in AtPark. You can report responses using the in-app reporting control in updated app versions, or contact support@wayla.io. AI processing, retention and your permission choices are explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waylaa Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of AtPark.11. Premium Subscriptions
AtPark may offer optional Premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or an approved web billing provider. The seller and billing provider for a transaction will be identified in the purchase flow. Availability may vary by platform and country.
Before you confirm a purchase, the purchase flow will show the applicable plan, price, currency, billing period, trial or introductory offer if available, and any taxes or required charges. The terms displayed in that purchase flow apply to the transaction.
Trials and introductory offers are available only when the billing provider determines that your account is eligible. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial or billing period ends, your subscription automatically renews at the displayed cadence and price, subject to any price-change notice required by the billing provider or applicable law.
Manage or cancel your subscription through the provider that billed you. A cancellation normally stops future renewal while Premium access continues until the end of the paid or trial period shown by that provider, unless the provider or applicable law requires a different result. Deleting your AtPark account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a store or web subscription; cancel it with the billing provider first.
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the billing provider’s terms and applicable law. A refund, reversal, chargeback, expiration, or other provider revocation may end Premium access. Closing a refund-request screen does not mean that a refund was granted.
AtPark enables Premium features only after it securely confirms the entitlement with the billing provider. Confirmation can occasionally be delayed. If a purchase completed but Premium is still pending, do not purchase again; use the available restore or account-management option or contact AtPark support.
AtPark will not initiate a new web purchase unless its approved merchant-of-record requirement can be enforced. Existing subscriptions and valid entitlements remain subject to their original provider terms.
