AtPark, operated by Waylaa Inc., uses SMS for account verification, consented private-event invitations, and separately requested event updates.

Account verification

Users open the AtPark app, select their country code, enter their phone number, and tap Continue to request a one-time SMS code for sign-in.

By tapping Continue, the user agrees to receive a one-time SMS code from AtPark. Message frequency varies by login request. Message and data rates may apply. These messages are used for authentication and account security, not marketing or promotional purposes.

Requesting a verification code does not subscribe you to event invitations or updates.

Account verification examples

• AtPark login code: 731204. Enter this code in the app to continue.

Event invitations

Hosts may invite known personal contacts to private events through AtPark. Before requesting an SMS invitation, the host must obtain the guest’s explicit verbal agreement to receive one automated AtPark invitation on the host’s behalf for the named event. Being a known contact does not establish consent.

The host must read the consent script below and receive an affirmative response before clicking Invite. If the guest does not agree, the host must not request the SMS invitation.

The guest must explicitly agree, for example: “Yes, I agree.”

Recording permission

By clicking Invite, the host confirms that the guest agreed to receive this specific invitation. AtPark records the host, event, recipient, declaration timestamp and disclosure version. This timestamp records the host’s declaration, not when the guest verbally agreed.

The host must retain the date, time and circumstances of the guest’s agreement and provide supporting information if requested. Supporting evidence can be added in Settings.

One invitation only

The invitation identifies AtPark and the host, confirms the guest’s permission for one invitation, and includes the event information, RSVP link, message and data rates disclosure, and STOP/HELP instructions.

This permission covers one invitation message only. It does not enroll the guest in recurring messages or future event invitations.

Optional event updates

Guests may separately subscribe to updates for a particular event, such as reminders or important changes. The RSVP page explains the subscription and prepares a JOIN text that the guest must send from their phone to confirm their choice.

Subscribing is optional and is not required to RSVP. Responding to an invitation does not itself subscribe the guest to text updates. Message frequency varies for subscribed event updates. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping event messages and getting help

Reply STOP to the event messaging number to opt out of event texts from that number. You will receive an opt-out confirmation. Hosts cannot override your opt-out.

Ordinary SMS replies receive automated RSVP/support guidance. They are not forwarded to hosts and do not record an RSVP. Use your invitation link to respond to the event.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
