This page explains how AtPark users can delete their account, what happens when they do, and how to contact Wayla for account-deletion help.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the AtPark app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app and need help with account deletion, contact support@wayla.io.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

– Your current AtPark login tokens are removed immediately.
– Your profile avatar is removed from active storage if one is present.
– Your account is marked deleted and can no longer be used to access AtPark.

Important: Deleting your account is intended to end your access to the service and remove your account from active use right away.

Data Deletion and Retention

AtPark is designed to minimize the data we keep. After an account-deletion request, account access ends immediately. Some data may remain for a limited period where retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

– Authentication tokens: deleted immediately.
– Uploaded avatar file: deleted immediately if present.
– Limited server logs and backups: may be retained for up to 30 days.

After that period, retained data is deleted or allowed to age out according to the relevant system lifecycle, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to resolve a security or abuse issue.
