AtPark Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AtPark, a service provided by Waylaa Inc. (“Waylaa,” “AtPark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using AtPark, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use AtPark

AtPark is intended for adults who organize activities, invitations, and related plans. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and access to your phone number and devices. You agree not to share verification codes, impersonate another person, or use a phone number that you are not authorized to use.

3. Phone Number Verification and SMS

AtPark may use your phone number to authenticate your account and send one-time passcodes for sign-in or account verification. These messages are transactional only and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies by login request. Msg & data rates may apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AtPark. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, sending spam, scraping data, abusing invitation flows, or using the app in a way that harms other users or Waylaa.

5. User Content

You may submit information such as account details, event details, photos, notes, and invitations. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, display, and process that content in order to operate AtPark.

7. Service Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of AtPark from time to time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, abuse the service, or create legal or security issues. You may stop using AtPark at any time and may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

AtPark is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waylaa Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of AtPark.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AtPark after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
